Panjab University Invite Application For The Post of Research Fellow

Project Entitled: ‘Forensic Anthropological Provenancing of Human Skeletal Remains Excavated from a Well at Ajnala (Amritsar): Bones, Teeth and Personal Artifacts as Identity Signatures’

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Postgraduate degree in Anthropology or Forensic Sciences, (with specialization in Physical/Forensic Anthropology) from a recognized university/institute with at least 55% marks for General category (and 50% in case of SC/ST/PC candidates).

2. UGC-NET examination qualified (by the date of interview)

Desirable Qualifications: Evidence of engagement in any research/teaching work related with forensic anthropological/odontological casework, particularly handling/working with ancient human teeth and bones

FELLOWSHIP: Rs. 16,000+HRA (as per financial rules of the funding agency) per month
