Post of Research Fellow
Applications on prescribed form are invited containing name, address, age, educational qualifications and experience etc. along with attested copies of certificates for the engagement of one post of Research Fellow @ Rs.31000/- plus HRA per month fixed on contractual basis for a period of six months provided in the scheme 'Water Quality status of Sutlej and Beas: Past and present trend analysis for further prediction, Misc.113 (PC-4964)”.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc./B.Sc.(Agriculture) or B.Tech. in Soil and Water Engineering/Engineering with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
M.Sc.in Soil Science/Statistics or M.Tech. in Soil and Water Engineering/Information Technology with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Note: The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D. Degree in the discipline required at Master’s level, shall be eligible for the post.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidate who has command on MS excel and has worked intensively with big datasets and has background in computer modelling.
