Research Fellow Position (DST Project): Microfluidic Soil Monitoring Device Jobs in Hyderabad - BITS Pilani
Job Description
Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DST funded project entitled “Fully Integrated Smartphone and IoT enabled Microfluidic Sensor for Real-time Quantification of Soil Macronutrients, Conductivity and pH”, under the supervision of Dr. Satish K. Dubey (PI), Prof. Sanket Goel (Co-PI) and Dr. Ponnalagu R N (Co-PI).
Deserving JRF may be considered for Ph.D. program at BITS-Pilani if she/he meets the requirements of Ph.D. qualification process as per the institute norms (/phmain.aspx).
Eligibility:
· Essential Qualification M.E./M.Tech. (GATE is preferred) in Mechanical / Mechantronics/ Electronics / Instrumentation / Bio-Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Bio-Sciences/or equivalent.
· Experience in the area of Microfluidics / Biosensing is highly desirable.
· Candidates with publication(s) will be with priority
· Candidates with UGC NET JRF / DST-Inspire will be given preference.
Fellowship: ₹ 31,000 per month (with GATE) else ₹ 25,000 per month
Duration: Initially for 1 year (extendable based on the performance)
