Research Fellow/ Project Assistant Botany Job Position in Malabar Botanical Garden & Institute for Plant Sciences (MBGIPS)


Research Fellow

Qualification : First class MSc in Botany. Desirable : Proven experience in exploration in forests areas and aquatic systems; lower group taxonomy; collection and conservation of aquatic plants and medicinal plants ; plant propagation and other nursery techniques, garden management, etc./ research publications. National level eligibility tests/ equivalent qualified


Project Assistant

Qualification : First class BSc in Botany Desirable : Experience in exploration in forests areas and aquatic systems; experience in garden management; herbarium techniques, nursery management etc.


Technical Assistant

Qualification : First class BSc in Botany Desirable : Experience in handling laboratory equivalent, tools and techniques, laboratory practices, etc.


Field Guide

Qualification : First class BSc in Botany Desirable : Experience in Garden Management, willingness for exploration in forests and aquatic systems.
