Scheme: “Programme support of enhancing durability of resistance to biotic stresses in selected cereal and fibre crops through biotech approaches, CSS-5 (PC-6160) Part D: Project 3: Transfer and mapping of cotton leaf curl disease resistance from G. arboreum to G. hirsutum”
Proposed Qualifications: i) B.Sc.(Agri.)/ B.Sc. with minimum OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50 % marks.
ii) M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding and Genetics/Genetics/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology /Botany with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Proposed Qualifications: i) B.Sc.(Agri.)/ B.Sc. with minimum OCPA 5.00/10.00 basis or 50 % marks.
ii) M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/Plant Breeding and Genetics/Genetics/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology /Botany with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
iii) Ph. D in the relevant field with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 marks.
If the candidate with Ph.D are not available the same could be offered to applicants with M.Sc. degree in the relevant field but at the lower pay scale as per DBT guidelines given below.
NET-JRF @ Rs. 25,000/- per month fixed + HRA 20% as JRF.NET-SRF (with two year experience) @ Rs. 28,000/- Per Month fixed + HRA 20%.NET-LS or Without NET-LS @ Rs.12,000/- Per Month fixed + HRA 20% Or NET -LS or without NET-LS with two year experience after post graduation @ Rs. 14,000/- + HRA 20%.
Pay Scale : Rs.40000
Application Fee: Payment of Rs. 200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M
