Eligibility :
The 'eligibility criteria' for the selection of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow shall be with a degree in the appropriate area of study :-
a) B.E. with GATE qualified
b) Only M.E./M. Tech. degree shall be considered for SRF.
c) M. Sc. with NET/GATE/SET qualified
d) M. Sc. with 55% marks in aggregate where the scope of NET/ SET is restricted or does not currently exist. In this case, a selection test may be conducted for consideration.
Pay Scale : Rs.18,000 for JRF, Rs.20,000 per month for SRF
Age : 28 - 35 years for engineering subjects.
Duration : 2(two) years [extendable on satisfactory performance].
