Research study, "Assessment of Air Bome Infection Control (AIC) measures at HIV care settings in India, funded by NACO. This post is purely temporary for the period of 3 months and shall be filled on the basis of personal interview.
1. Post Name: Research Scientist - 1 post (3 months)
2. Consolidated Salary: Rs.68875 (for Medical candidate)
ii. Essential Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from recognized University and recognized by MCI, with two years Research/Teaching experience,
iii. Desirable Qualification: 1 .MD in the related subjects (Community Medicine, General Medicine, TB and Medical Microbiology, Public Ilealth) from a recognized university 2. Knowledge of computer applications or Data management
3. Consolidated Salary: Rs.54300 (for Non- Medical candidate)
i. Essential Qualification: First class Master degree of Public Health or Medical Microbiology with 2 years experience or Second class Master degree of Public Health/Medical Microbiology + Ph. D degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University
iii. Desirable Qualification: 1 .PhD (Health related discipline) or prior experience in field of HIV/AIDS research 2. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Data Management
4. Job requirements:
i. Planning, Monitoring and supervision of field work
ii. Capacity to undertake extensive travel in study
iii. Data compilation, data validation, data analysis and report preparation
iv. Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time area
