Job Description
ICRISAT invites applications from dynamic Indian nationals for the post of Research Technician – Innovation Systems for the Drylands. This position is based at ICRISAT Headquarters, near Greater Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Soil Science/Chemistry or possess an equivalent qualification (analytical chemistry skills/large data management skills are an advantage).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Proficiency in Computer skills (MS-Office, Data Management and Processing).Strong organization skills, punctuality, independence, and proactiveness are essential. Steep learning curve necessary. She/he to be a good team player, comfortable working in multicultural & multidisciplinary team. Driving licence is an advantage.
General: This is Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) position for Three years, renewable based on the performance of the incumbent and the institute’s continuing the need for the position. An attractive compensation is offered for the right candidate.
