Your Role and Responsibilities
The AP Researcher will be focused on driving search strategy and execution for B10 Consulting roles. This is a high visibility role with a significant opportunity to drive impact at the most senior levels within the organization, specifically tasked with identifying top talent as well as corresponding market insights and dynamics. This is a fast-paced, complex and highly dynamic role with a fun and exciting team. The Researcher will support multiple business lines or functional areas of IBM Consulting and provide strategic guidance on market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping efforts.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various internal and external channels, tools and platforms.
  • Qualitative research; the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces
  • Entrepreneurial; can keep up with the fast-paced recruiting culture
  • Highly developed conceptual skills, able to assimilate information quickly, understands various industries and functions, and able to present material in an organized and clear manner.
  • The ability to work with a number of constituencies on simultaneous projects.
  • Understanding and knowledge of organizational structures.
  • Strong desktop research skills and basic business knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and high level of comfort with utilizing databases and online information resources.
