- Eligible candidate would be responsible for searching and screening the candidates on various IT skills as per the job specification.
- Search in various portals.
- Screening of resumes and them against the technical requirements.
- Speak with the IT Consultants/ Software professionals in the US market and get the relevant information.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay-rates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
