- Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best Consultant, Negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews etc.
- Recruit candidates for contract , contract - to -hire and permanent placement for all IT positions for multiple client companies
- Screening, interviewing, scheduling and coordinating client interviews and assessing potential applicants for multiple positions
