Job Description

The main job responsibilities for this position aligned to the recruitment function to start with
  • Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses
  • Prepare process document for all the processes followed by C&B team
  • Prepare mailers for various benefits we offer to our members on a timely basis
  • Clean reported data and checks the quality of data
  • Provides support to our Business Partners with data
  • Cooperates with the internal stake holders – finance / leaders / employees
  • Maintains trackers / data on a regular basis – with all important inputs
  • Analyses the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior
  • Suggests benefits processes / policies etc…keeps connect the new happenings in the industry/ labor law
  • Manages Contractual engagements – New contracts and follow-up with leaders for renewals/ extentions etc.
  • Understands the policies and benefits and connect with members to help resolve queries, clarify policies and benefits.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly and progressively take on new responsibility
  • Responsible for managing day to day operations employee relations.
  • Taxation – handle queries of members and able to assist them in tax savings etc.
  • Create, maintain and update with data integrity all people related information into appropriate IT Systems and ensure that is updated and accurate.
  • Preparation of MIS reports, Metrics, Master Data. Should have an eye for detail and analyzing skills.
  • Ability to handle statutory and compliance issues. Should also be able to handle employee queries with regards to benefits.
  • Should be able to generate, update and manage Master Data base on a day to day basis.
Qualification and Experience
  • 3-4 years of work experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Educational background: MBA / PGDM HR from reputed institutions with a good academic record. Should have strong understanding of HR concepts
  • Proficiency in English, along with another regional language like Hindi/ Kannada/Tamil/Telugu
  • Proficiency in MS-Office is mandatory
  • Have knowledge of Statutory benefits and compliances
  • Have hand on experience on ERP tool
Skills And Attributes

  • Strong Mathematical skills: Good with numbers. Need to be numbers-oriented, as this career involves a great deal of quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent Excel & Presentation skills : as all data is maintained in Excel and must also be comfortable presenting to employees the benefits and policies
  • Analytically inclined : strong analytical capabilities, as one is required to analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets as to determine compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Detail-oriented : the work involves a considerable amount of interpretation of data. Therefore, one must have eye for detail. Quality is a must in these roles.
  • Great communication : need to be able to communicate effectively with employees. We often need to communicate through our mailers on various benefits/Policeis. Able to draft policy documents. Strong Ethics and Discretion : Because one deals with confidential information, one must be stewards of ethics and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.
  • Strong Negotiation skills : when we are dealing for policy renewals etc with the external vendors too
  • Strong Time Management & Self-management skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task on a variety of different tasks.

  • Should be open to travel as required
  • Candidates must have interest to work and contribute in the social sector. Some basic awareness about the social sector landscape, Government or public education system is an added advantage
