Job Description:

ROLE: Dotnet Faculty

The Job involves role of a faculty, mentor and guide, focused towards Wipro s PRP training
Conduct trainings/mentor in their respective skill & assigned training stream
Create training content, assignments, case-studies for their technical stream
Contribute to creation of new questions for the question bank
Upskill and Multiskill in new technologies n Guide the freshers in hands-on tasks during the training period
Be proctor for conducting assessments during the PRP training
Evaluate the code/deliverables submitted by the freshers during assessments and training
Analyze Training Needs, Develop Courseware including Case Studies and Conduct Technical Training Programs
Graduation B.Tech, MCA OR BCA with 7+ years of experience
Ability to bring real project use case scenarios for developing hands-on expertise for training participants
Ability to Automate evaluation of hands-on assignments
Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written), Presentation, Persuasion and Networking Skills.
Passion for Teaching, Training and Mentoring
The role will provide tremendous opportunity for Self Development
Travel to other Wipro locations may be required
Should have strong technical expertise with hands experience the following
C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVC
Entity Framework, Web API SQL Server HTML
Debugging using Visual Studio no Subversion (SVN) and GIT no Microsoft Azure
