Job Description

We are hiring restaurant guest relation executive for our restaurant located in Lokhandwala Andheri west. Job role is to take the reservation on calls & getting through third party that needs to track and attend guest.

Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
Resolve guest issues and conflicts promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and care to guests
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
