Daily Work:
Report at Kitchen at Kalindi: Wake all labors, set kitchen and instruct day's production.30 mins maximum.
Follow-up in Mobile whether all food is available after being cooked at a kitchen and ready to serve before 11 am daily and the rest before 3 pm from Kitchen.
Then continue at the store , look at cleanliness, resources, daily orders and sales from 3pm to 11 pm..
Before closing at 11 pm, take Store Food Remainders, stock remaining, stock to return to Kitchen for preserving, and forecast next day's order, tally day sales with cash at the counter, leave next day's opening balance for staff and minor expenses.
Day End: Go to groceries market every third day morning for adequate stock for the next 2 days.
