RM-Job Responsibilities:
- Complete store operation.
- Handling sales team.
- Final sales closure, invoicing, sales suppory.
- Achieving monthly team targets.
- Role play as a Team Leader / Assisting Manager Preparing annual budget,scheduling expenditures,analysing variances,initiative corrective actions.
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting & training.
- Assisting store Manager.
- Ensure all customers having good service experience.
- Assisting customers questions & needs.
- Handling retail customers Complete each transaction in an efficient manner.
- Assisting customers in purchase decisions.
- Follow up with customers to close the deal.
- Play like a team Help each other to achieve monthly targets.
