Job Description
JOB PROFILE
This is a front end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutiqueincludes store opening & closing. The person is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service .
EXPERIENCE : 1- 4 years in Retail Sector
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it
- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Build a long-term relationship with the customer
- Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail
- Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results
- Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
