Job Description
· Build customer confidence of customers by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
· Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
. Advises customers by providing information on products.
· Inform customers about discounts and special offers
· Completing operational duties and sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing
· Meeting established sales objectives by selling products and services
· Follow selling process and adhere to the standard operating procedure and the policies of the Organization.
· Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
