Job Description
Role Purpose:
- To be personalized advisory for helping a customer choose the best product, as per their needs and to ensure they receive the best value by enhancing customer service and shopping experience in a world-class ambiance.
- Product:
- Multi-brand electronics store (Phones, Camera, Computers, Entertainment, Home Appliance, Gaming and Accessories).
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Sell specific products and services to consumers.
- Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
- Explain different customizable features.
- Discuss warranties and replacement parts.
- Process orders in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about financing available.
- Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments.
- Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
- Maintain sales records.
- Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.
- Determine trends and displays merchandise as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
