Responsibilities
Requirements
- Welcoming and greeting customers, assisting customers in finding products, providing information on promos, events, Home Deliveries etc.
- Keep up with the sales targets of the store, practice upselling & cross-selling for different products.
- Understand & Follow brand guidelines & maintain the same on floor area.
- Share Product Knowledge, fabric, styles & trends.
- Take initiative to engage more and more clients
- Be on the lookout for potential Shoplifters
- Take control of stock management to always ensure product availability
- 6 days Working in a week.
Requirements
- Minimum High school education or higher qualification.
- A minimum of 1-year of experience working in a retail environment.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of retail basic
- Excellent communication (English, local language) and interpersonal skills.
- Fashion knowledge
- Age - between 19-28
