Job Description
Role:
- Vendor sourcing, Price negotiation, Project Costing,Vendor management.
- Purchase In charge for project requirement.
- In charge of inventory.
- Co ordination with cross functional team.
- Business & company profitability.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Sourcing vendor depending on the project requirement.
- Negotiation of Prices and credit terms with vendors.
- Co ordinate with cross functional team for product/ technical confirmation.
- Placing purchase order to vendor.
- Follow up with vendor for material delivery as per schedule.
- Co ordinate with sales team for tender bidding & Customer billing .
- Preparation of delivery challans, as required.
- Inventory and stock maintenance.
- Book keeping project wise in co ordination with finance function.
- Co ordination with finance for vendor for timely payment.
- Introduce new contractors for project with the approval of technical team.
- Renewal of product warranties in coordination with presales.
- Any other assignment as and when required.
