Role: CENTER HEAD

Reporting: MANAGER AREA SALES

Role Purpose: To build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

Role Description: Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:

  • To ensure that the clinic meets/exceeds the sales targets provided to it.
  • To take the responsibility of complete operations in the clinic such as clinic infrastructure, machines, stocks, tools, petty cash and the operational standards.
  • To Maintained Fixed Assets registers and take care of the Fixed assets in the clinic
  • Train, Guide, retained and Motivate the clinic teams to perform better.
  • DO local tie up for marketing
  • To be responsible to send HR related things to HR department like – Attendance, New joinee, left etc.
  • To be responsible for Ensuring Standardization of Clinics as per SOP
  • To be responsible for Product Explanation / Counseling.
  • To be responsible for retention and daily appreciation of staff.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans. – Qtly KRa of existing staff and monthly KRA of new staff
  • To be responsible for assisting training staffs. 
  • To be responsible for implementing at clinic any new policy / SOP 
  • To be responsible to take referrals, Consent from patient
  • To be responsible for Handling Customer Complaints & Queries.
  • Reporting to Management/ ASM about Performance of clinic/ MIS/ Reports
  • To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
  • Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed incase of exigency and emergency requirement.
  • Handle front desk – Receiving Calls and give apt.
  • Make sure all patients goes with next apt.
  • To maintained stock and cash in absence of accountant
  • Do billing in CRM as and when required
  • To make sure clinic have buffer stock at any given point of time and coordinate with back office for the same

Timings: 10.00 a.m. to 8.30 pm (10am – 7.30 pm or 11am – 8.30pm) (employees will be working in rotational shifts of 9 & 1/2 hours)

Working Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday is compulsory working, you will get weekly off any one day between Monday to Thursday.

Training: 15 days training in Mumbai

Terms & Conditions:

  • The Probation cum training period will be of Three-Six months.
  • After the successful completion of the probation cum training period, the services on the company will be regularized depending upon your performance.
  • You are required to sign 1year service level agreement. Salary would be negotiable for right candidate
