Job Description
- Preparing and Issuing the error free Bills to the
Customers.
- Maintain
documents and records of all billings.
- Initiating
new procedures in billing process and updating billing procedures.
- Monitoring
card payments and online payments and updating in the system according to that.
- Handling
billing queries from the customers
- Maintain
and updating customer data base.
- Preparing
billing reports.
- Assisting
accounts department in preparing financial
reports.
- Processing
credit memos.
