Job Description
- Keeping the sections properly stocked
- Ensuring VM guidelines are met
- Ensuring required colour blocking
- Keeping the trial rooms clean
- Ensuring merchandise with proper security tags on display
- Keeping floor clear of any boxes, merchandise, hangers etc at all times
- Sharing the customer feedback on product, pricing, service with DM/SC
- Sharing customer delight moments with team
- Following Customer Service Standard Procedures on the floor.
- Assist the customer in buying appropriate product/s from our floor
- Introduce the Friend’s Program to the customer
- Ensure required product is made available to customers through “Globus Hunting Squad”
- Add on sales to customers
- Ensure knowledge of best sellers, new arrivals, best coordinates, alternate styles etc
