- Dynamic Individual having experience in handling clients. To prospect and retain clients.
- To understand student and parent needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services.
- To recommend strategies students can use to achieve their career objectives, including specific recommendations in areas such as time management and study planning.
- To contact parents periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.
- To handle customer complaints and coordinate with support team to resolve complaints
- Achieve sales target and should be inline with the organization's set goal
- Clear understanding of counseling technique
- Ensure month on month performance with focus on relationship management
- Adhere to process guidelines and all quality assurance metrics
- Be one point relationship between management and customer
- Exceptional Customer satisfaction should lead to sales conversion
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience in wealth management/client management.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong selling technique
