- Understand all aspect of Revit MEP work and should be able to create Revit parametric families,
- Excellent working command on AutoCAD and Revit. Other 3D software knowledge would be an advantage.
- Should familiar with outsourcing working method and enjoys team work,

- Electrical engineering background is preferred but not essential,
- Should be able to communicate in English with client,
