- Understand the data that we currently have
- Identify the data gaps and communicate it to the respective stakeholders
- Gather all the crucial data through automation or process
- Make sure there are no data discrepancies and there is alignment across the Org
- Help the teams to have better data hygiene
- Understand what is working well and what is not
- Create dashboards, alerts etc to increase transparency and communication to the teams
- Identifying the opportunities and provide insights to the team and the management
- Create reports and dashboards that will make it the single source of truth
- Plan for the future - Build reports and dashboards that would help the team to forecast better
- Data driven approach and analysis to forecast better
- Build Predictive Modelling to help forecast revenue
- Inform the team what they are doing well and what they need to work on better to attain their goals
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Regular interaction with the BI team to build reports and dashboards in Tableau
- Regular interaction with folks in operations to understand data sets and data flow
- Communication of reports and analysis to the relevant stakeholders
- Automation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports and Analysis with Insights to the stakeholders
- Skills required Good knowledge of Excel Previous experience in Data crunching and Analysis Basic knowledge of Tableau
