Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Network Optimization & Performance:
Perform LTE/5G RF optimization including parameter tuning and feature activation.
Analyze and improve key KPIs such as:
Accessibility (RRC Setup Success, ERAB Success)
Retainability (Drop Call Rate)
Mobility (Handover Success Rate)
Throughput (DL/UL performance)
Identify and resolve issues impacting coverage, capacity, and quality.
Ericsson Tools & Systems:
Hands-on with:
Ericsson ENM (OSS) for performance monitoring and parameter changes
AMOS / Moshell for script-based operations
Performance tools like Ericsson PM counters
Analyze KPIs using ENM reports and counters
Network Troubleshooting:
Handle customer complaints and VIP cases
Perform root cause analysis for:
Call drops
Low throughput
Accessibility failures
Identify RF issues such as:
Coverage gaps
Interference
Overshooting cells
Missing neighbour
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to VoLTE/VoNR optimization.
Multi-vendor experience (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
