REQUIREMENT

1. Ericsson RAN optimization knowledge, equipment - Ericsson OSS, BO
2. Optimization CV ( Multi Tech ) , Ericsson vendor is suited
3. KPI reporting and Ericsson Parameter/Feature/KPI knowledge, 2G/3G/4G/5G. ITK/BO/ENIQ knowledge is must..
4. KPI reporting and CC for 40 sites, 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G
5. Knowledge of Ericsson OSS access and commands/scripts for troubleshooting proposes
6. Good Knowledge about latest Ericsson hardware, configuration, modules, OSS version & changes.
7. Responsible for parameter audit of new carrier and comparison with existing carrier with baseline values, and implementation of all proposed changes using Ericsson tools
8. To Support day to day Ericsson Alarm management activities, Alarm sweep - RTWP validations.
9. Liaise with Field technician for all field activity (OAM definition for new Units, RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting)
