Risk Investigator
Key Qualifications :
- Proven decision-making, problem solving skills and good judgment
- Knowledge of fraud processes with extensive investigative & fraud pattern recognition experience
- Finds opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvements
- Critical thinker and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Great teammate, self-motivated with leadership qualities
- Flexibility to work within all hours of operations on a 7-day schedule
- Experience with SQL is an advantage
- Experienced with SAR-AML is an advantage
- Microsoft Excel experience is a must
Description :
- You will review and investigate complex blocked accounts to detect unauthorized activity, determining appropriate next steps.
- Experience contacting financial institutions and customer card holders to verify transaction authenticity over the phone.
- Identify and communicate trends & patterns to leadership team. Represent PhonePe with customers and partner organizations.
- Identifies innovative ideas to improve the customer experience. Achieves and/or exceeds performance and productivity metric goals.
Education : Bachelor Degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or Associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Fraud investigation..
