BANCA PROFILE:
Post- RM
CTC- upto 2.58L+mob.+conv.
Key Accountability:
- Business Development through Bank Branch Walk ins & Bank database
- Sales Support to Partner & enabling them to meet LI targets
- Driving Retail Business with aligned to Central initiatives
- Managing quality of business
- Processes: Issuances, renewals Collection and other business levers
- Educate the Customer about the product
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Close the leads assigned by the call center team
- Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
- Customer Servicing
- Collection of Renewals
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- CTC- Upto 2.85LPA + Incentives
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
