Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manages the RMA and warranty process; creating documents and training materials.
- Process owner for all AMC issued material, return material for repair or replacement.
- Resolve discrepancies by interfacing with Customer Service, Procurement, Operations, Finance and Sales.
- Identifies trends in RMA requests; monitors failures for systemic and recurring issues.
- Prepare analytical and interpretive reports to drive improvements.
- Assists in the processing and resolution of customer warranty claims and complaints.
- Measures, monitors, and maintains reports for top warranty items and actively works with appropriate departments in correction of top issues.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Ability to work across all departments, Services, Purchasing, Quality and Sales to implement product improvements
