Job Description:
1) Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure timely and 100% sample collection as per company standards and agreements.
2) Weekly field audits of Phlebotomist
3) Maintain attendance and prepare conveyance of Phlebotomist
4) Training of Phlebotomist i.e. Application Updates, new policies
5) Responsible for all pickups, cancellations/reschedule in his zone.
6) Manage a Team of Route Manager &20-30 Phlebotomist for smooth Operation & Ensuring Effective customer Service.
7) Responsible for Achieving the Operational Parameters & online delivery of phlebotomist, high Customer feedback.
8) Daily Monitoring of ops parameter & filling gaps.

Required Skills
1) Should have managed SOPS from Scratch
2) Should be Authoritative and Decision Making
3) Excellent in Follow-ups and People Management
