Responsibilities
Work with users and analysts to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Create modular and scalable development frameworks that can be leveraged across projects.
Identify enterprise products and tools that partner with RPA to improve operational efficiencies.
Work with Product Managers creating automation roadmaps.
Work with customers on automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and/or support solutions using RPA and potentially other technologies.
Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the initiatives across multiple teams. Help to drive the standardization of business processes across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations, and technical teams.
Train Business Unit users in RPA tools so that they can support the automations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- A degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 3 or more years building software
- Should be able to create a complete technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable
- Hands-on experience on RPA tools and Cognitive platforms such as – Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Redwood, Open Span, WorkFusion etc. Working experience with UiPath preferred.
- Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, C#, VB.Net
- Experience in the AWS cloud preferred
- Proven experience developing in a collaborative environment
- A desire to drive continuous improvement
- Expertise in delivering high-quality, innovative applications
- Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- A passion for technology and engaged with the technology community
- An insatiable drive to DELIGHT customers
