Role and Responsibility:

1.    To perform coding to written technical specifications.

2.    Leverage experience and creativity to drive new innovative software applications and components

3.    Collaborate with team members, testers, and stakeholders to develop, test, and support product features

4.    Contribute to documentation and delivery of software 

5.    Adhere to coding standards as set by team lead and management

6.    Interface with third party systems

7.    Developing intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch.

8.    Working on high/low-level product designs & roadmaps along with a team of ace developers.

9.    Building products using bleeding-edge technologies using Ruby on Rails.

10.  Building innovative products for customers in Cloud, DevOps, Analytics, AI/ML and lots more.

11.  Developing complex web applications in modern frameworks like ROR

12.  Experience designing and implementing web services APIs.

What are we looking for?

·         Minimum 3+ years in-depth hardcore experience in Ruby on Rails.

·         Prior working experience in the Healthcare domain will be an advantage.

·         Experience working in JS and front-end frameworks (ReactJS).

·         Solid experience in building RESTful APIs with good documentation.

·         Experience of migrating Rails and React from older versions to current.

·         Familiarity with HIPAA Compliance & Data Encryption.

·         A knack for writing clean, readable maintainable Ruby code.

·         Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.

·         Good experience and understanding of continuous integration and deployment process.
