Job Description
- Company Details:Financial Advisory and Corporate Consultancy Firm specializing in Fund Raising. Catering to clients across segments and industries to provide them with Honest, Timely and Prudent Fund Raising Advise. Having associations with more than 26 Banks and Financial Institutions, This is a pure B2B consultant, dealing across segments including but not limited to Pharma, Oil and Gas, Garments, Engineering, IT & ITES, etc.
- They deal with clients pan Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Looking to expand our Business Sourcing Team, we would be looking to hire Candidates for the position of Associates and Sr. Associates who would be responsible for Sourcing Leads, Acquiring Clients,Customizing Solutions for Clients, and handling Loan Disbursement Procedures.
- Loan products would include Working Capital Finance, Mortgage Loans, SME Business Loans, Machinery Finance and Trade Finance.
- Candidates would be expected to have a flair for Knowledge and a passion for Sales as they would be going through extensive training and a target oriented Sales Approach.
- Communication Skills: As candidates would be making calls to source clients as well as personally meet the clients sourced by them, they are expected to be extremely presentable and well spoken.
- A good command over languages like English, Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi would be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be outspoken and should be able to converse with Directors and CFOs of SMEs and Large Corporates.
- Education & Experience: Graduates/Post Graduates from any stream with 0-2 years of work experience in a sales profile would be ideal.
- Candidates having experience in B2B sales would have an added advantage. As the job requires extensive Financial knowledge, preference would be given to candidates comfortable with Financial Statements like Balance sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, etc.
- Sales Approach: As it is a pure sales profile, candidates comfortable working in a target oriented atmosphere is a MUST.
- You would be expected to source as well as close deals on a month to month basis and generate positive revenues for the organization.
- Location: Clients staying in Western Area would be preferred.
Job Description:
- The candidate would be making tele-calls to Directors/CFOs of SMEs and other corporates based on leads provided as well as self generated and pitching across the Services of CAPSTONE to Them.
- He/She would then fix up an appointment with the prospective customer. Tele calling shall form a major part of the job profile for the first few months of the job
- The candidate would then meet the customer personally along with his/her senior and understand the requirements of the client, evaluate the clients Financial strengths and weaknesses and suggest the best possible funding structure that would suit the prospective company’s requirements.
- The candidate would then be expected to correspond with the client and our in-house execution team and complete the required documentation for the proposal.
- The candidate would also at times correspond with the required bankers to explain the requirements and the strengths of the client to ensure smooth sanctioning by the banks.
- Once the deal is sanctioned by the bank, the candidate would be responsible for completing the disbursement procedures and closing the deal
