  •  To assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • To prepare and follow up on the sales quotations in consultation with director and sales representative.
  • To respond to any online and telephonic queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • To maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the Director and sales representative.
  • To prepare reports considering various parameters required for analysis for Directors and sales representative.
  • To develop and devise filing systems for documents to fast retrieval of any documents.
  • To process purchase orders and manage order cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • To assist in company events and shows as needed.
  • To provide clear and accurate information to the customer queries.
