To respond to any online and telephonic queries in a calm and friendly manner.

To prepare reports considering various parameters required for analysis for Directors and sales representative.
To develop and devise filing systems for documents to fast retrieval of any documents.
To process purchase orders and manage order cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing.
