Job Description
- The candidate will have to get Closures on postpaid plan sales.
- Making enhanced outbound calls ( Appx 100-150 calls) on leads provided by the company
- They would get qualified leads from the Management
- Qualifier team needs to pitch the interested customers to purchase postpaid plans
- These advisors (product Closures) need to understand customer needs and pitch the correct product.
- The candidates will not have to travel and will have to sell the post paid plans over the phone from office itself
- The candidate should have prior experience of leading a team but a fresher is also welcome
- Prior experience in building and handling teams will be an added advantage.
- 8hrs Shift.
- There will be Incentives/perks on every plan sold.
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and references from existing clients
- Creating database of existing and new clients
- Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
- Adhering to quality standard
