Designation Academic Consultant
Job Description
Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing salesdeals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT’s,IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/ormanage important business accounts.
Responsibilities
• Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured CounsellingSessions• Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including followup sessions• Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales throughface to face home demos• Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffectivelearning methods• Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy TopprSubscription as solution• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue• Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve andexceed growing Sales target(s)
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and verbal skills• Ability to plan and execute• Ability to persuade and negotiate• Ability to work under stress• Ability to work in a team• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated
Experience
• MBA or Graduate Freshers• Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience• Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills• Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos• Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

• We are the face of Toppr for all our students and their parents.• We help them understand how to leverage Toppr platform for their learning.• We strive to take Toppr to every single household in India; and then the world.Qualification MBA or B.E / B.Tech [All branches] or any graduate with excellent communication skillsWork Timings 6 days a week; Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this),
every Monday will be declared as week off.
