Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Map strategy (Plan it) and execute Tactics (Do it) with value add selling to achieve #1 supplier in the country of India (South)
  • Make significant sales opportunities visible to Senior Management and Mobilize essential internal resources needed for successful sale process
  • Motivate team members [direct/ in-direct] to sell the ASM SMT solutions to significant sales opportunities
  • Manage multiple level of Customer Relationship Management [User, Engineering & Purchasing]
  • Monitor sales compliance - Forecast, activities log, FAC and market transparency
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience with Surface Mount Technology industry especially placement & printing machines
  • Experience with key account management & distributor management
  • Sales management & marketing skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficient in English language. Knowledge in Chinese, Japanese, Korean or German would be added advantage
  • Passionate and able to manage & drive the team to win
  • Ability to mobilize & work with people from across departments, regions & globally
  • Experienced in dealing with customers/colleagues from various countries with different cultures & work ethics
