Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Working alongside Account Director
  • Taking full brief from Account Director including, but not limited to, budget, quantity, lead time, print spec etc
  • Interact with team an d some interesting sometimes influential people
  • Using in house and supplier resources to provide visuals pre-order and presentations.
  • Building strong rapport with Account Director, Customers and Suppliers
  • Ensuring all enquiries are acknowledged and prices supplied within 4 hours.
  • General Administration


Sales Support Experience Required

  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
  • Customer Service
  • Problem solving skills & Creative thinking
  • Minimum qualifications GSCE level
