Job Description
Should educate the new customers over the phone on how to make payments.
· Should have good communication skill to make calls to customers.
· Should be able to handle escalation calls of customers.
Evaluating the credit worthiness of potential customers.
· Approving and rejecting loans based on available data.
· Calculating and setting loan interest rates.
· Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.
· Monitoring loan payments and bad debt.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
