About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with our new customers over call and guide them through the process of profile creation on the website
2. Work as a community manager and build relationships with people on the Facebook group and encourage them to join the partner websites
3. Track customer journey, review customer complaints, and improve customer experience
4. Maintain constant connection with customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, etc
5. Connect with potential customers through social media and encourage them to join the group and partner websites
