Franchise Sales & Development Manager Job Roles.
· Endeavor to meet to exceed franchise sales targets for the period.
· Make cold calls to the provided leads
· Coordinate with clients for security & franchise fee agreement.
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
· Writing business proposals
· Negotiating with stakeholders
· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
· Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
· Analyzing the competitor’s strategy.
· Share MIS & records on daily basis with all stakeholders.
· Responsible for payment (franchise fee) collection.
