- You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- You will collaborate with our sales & marketing and advertising team in all stages.
- Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing and lead generation
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Handle customer questionsSales confirmation over phone
- Convert potential leads into customers
- Record customer details and details of transaction
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Provide pricing details
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Contacting potential customers for new business
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
- Providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Providing feedback on future buying trends
- Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
- Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
