JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory,  interacting & following up with them.

• Constructing pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• To recognize consumers' needs, and go around on a recurring basis.

• Represent the brand while educating customers on how the products can benefit them.

• Monitoring industry challenges, new products, and market conditions.

• Developing Sales Strategies.

• Ensure timely supplies and collection from all the accounts.

• Ensure to maintain the budgeted operational cost in the territory across the year.

• Customer Mapping:- Todo Product segmentation along with Competitors data analysis (Scope, Pricing, positioning etc. for Seasoning Industry Pan India and Karnataka)

• Obtaining customer feedback & escalating with Reporting Manager for further discussions.

• Forward the consolidated report to the business line at a regular interval.

• To chase outstanding on an aggressive basis.

• Sales Reporting / MIS

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

• Fast learner and passion for sales.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales and marketing techniques.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Graduate/PG Diploma, BBA or MBA degree preferred,  [6 months experience or Fresher] can apply.

• Candidates with their own transport and laptop must.

• Candidates should be fluent in Kannada and English

• Candidates who are already staying in Bangalore are preferred.
