    Job Summary:
    • An Advisor – Sales is the interface between the organization and the clients. 
    • They service prospective and existing accounts by assessing their needs and use the knowledge of products and services to increase sales and meet sales targets through personalized service. 
    • They provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services to ensure customers receive a professional, positive, customer-centric experience.
    Skills & Ability:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Customer Service Skills and Phone/E-mail Etiquette
    • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
    • Ability to understand a customer’s requirements
    • Good sales and negotiation skills
    • Able to work independently while understanding the nuances of effective communication with team-members and customers alike
    • Good computer skills
    • Ability to analyze and research information
    • Results oriented
    Responsibilities:    
    • Achieving clearly defined individual and team KPIs
    • Generate, Identify and develop prospects to help achieve the targets
    • Corporate and Association Activations
    • Generate unsolicited references from the clients by delivering value and stronger relationship
    • Understand the target market of each project
    • Understanding customer profiles and requirement in depth. Develop insights about customer and his requirement
    • Locate and interview potential channel partners. Support new partners during their start-up period,     including training, sales direction, and familiarization with our processes and strategies
    • Identifying need for personalized analytics for the customer to enable the client to make an informed decision
    • Meet the prospects and present the recommendations and help the prospect choose one among the recommendations
    • Lead Management – responding to Leads by sending them to the appropriate Project Manager and ensuring following up; providing feedback to the organization
    • Sales support functions such as lead sourcing skills, closing skills, service expediting or recommendation of alternative options
    • Focusing sales efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, products, new products, payment schedules etc.
    • Suggesting additional products and services available to customer
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
    • Requirements:MBA
