Job Description
- An Advisor – Sales is the interface between the organization and the clients.
- They service prospective and existing accounts by assessing their needs and use the knowledge of products and services to increase sales and meet sales targets through personalized service.
- They provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services to ensure customers receive a professional, positive, customer-centric experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Ability to understand a customer’s requirements
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently while understanding the nuances of effective communication with team-members and customers alike

- Generate, Identify and develop prospects to help achieve the targets
- Corporate and Association Activations
- Generate unsolicited references from the clients by delivering value and stronger relationship
- Understand the target market of each project
- Understanding customer profiles and requirement in depth. Develop insights about customer and his requirement
- Locate and interview potential channel partners. Support new partners during their start-up period, including training, sales direction, and familiarization with our processes and strategies
- Identifying need for personalized analytics for the customer to enable the client to make an informed decision
- Meet the prospects and present the recommendations and help the prospect choose one among the recommendations
- Lead Management – responding to Leads by sending them to the appropriate Project Manager and ensuring following up; providing feedback to the organization
- Sales support functions such as lead sourcing skills, closing skills, service expediting or recommendation of alternative options
- Focusing sales efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, products, new products, payment schedules etc.
- Suggesting additional products and services available to customer
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
