Job Description
- The Chennai Homes is looking for an energetic Sales Executive, an individual always “hunting” for high-value opportunities.
- This position is an integral part of sales.
- The individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up's in order to move opportunities into sales funnel.
- Conduct research to expand prospect list
- Perform thorough needs assessment and identify prospect's pain points
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM.
- Conduct personalized outbound telemarketing, emailing and social channel activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other campaigns.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Aiming to achieve monthly targets.
- Be part of a winning team culture
Must Haves:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in sales
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent in communication skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good relationship management
