Job Description
- Experience Required: 2-3 years
- Generating leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, direct visit, etc.
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
- Candidate should be flexible for field work.
- Achieving sales target
- Candidate should have skill to interact with Architects and interior designer to deal with bungalows and ultra-Luxurious apartments.
- Candidate should have skills to promote our company in the market.
- Should be able to understand architecture drawings and taking measurement.
- Building & maintaining client relations, developing new business
- Handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
- Experience in selling Building / Construction material, Architecture Products would be preferred
- Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers and sellers agree to terms.
- Flair for sales and ambitious for making career in it sales.
- Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills
- Computer proficient with good skills in MS Office/Power point.
- Own vehicle is required
