Job Description: (Roles & Responsibilities)

Candidates having knowledge of Business Generation, New Clients Acquiring.
Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
Excellent Writing Skills. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery.
Interact with global clients over phone/Skype etc. Interaction and explaining sessions for project requirement to technical team/BA team
Generating leads and new business from Cold Calling, Meeting & Proposals. Strong technical background with experience in technical sales/ IT sales. Finding new business through various resources.
The ability to cross-sell, negotiate, open close a deal, and generate business leads, pitch clients will be the key.
Should be aware of latest technologies for international and domestic market.
Develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
To identify & understand the client's need & offer the best service.
Should be reasonably aware of digital solutions Graphics Design, High end Game Graphics Design, Website design development, Mobile Apps design and development, Custom CMS (WordPress, Zoomla), eCommerce (Magento, Drupal Commerce, Opencart, osCommerce, Zen Cart, Presta Shop) , Online Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads Words, PPC ) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to identify needs of clients and offer right solutions.

Basic Skills:

Basic Computer knowledge (M.s.word, Excel and Internet).
Exposure to client handling/requirement clarification.
Maintaining attention to detail in high- pressure situations.
Fluency and good command in English & Hindi language.
Knowledge and aware about On-line sales tactics.
Knowledge of telephonic Etiquette.
